Safety is a legal obligation for any business. The presence of even just one worker (employee or self-employed) implies a series of obligations which must be known and complied with.
Our consulting service includes a fact-finding visit to the company, the drafting of the risk assessment and any enclosures, the production of emergency plans, checking of documentation and the identification of the prevention and protection measures required. The compulsory staff training required under art. 37 of Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 can be scheduled on the business's own premises.
Through specialist partners, TutorCompany also oversees application of the standards contained in EC Regulations 852/2004 and 178/2002 (H.A.C.C.P.), the system which must be applied in all businesses performing any phase of a production process, starting from the primary production of a food through to its placing on the market, with analysis and management of potential critical points.
Self-Inspection must be covered by a manual personalised to the specific business; penalties are enforced if this is missing and/or not properly applied. All self-inspection formalities are the responsibility of the nominated company officer, who must issue, apply and maintain all the documentation required to guarantee food safety.
